Khaba Fort Jaisalmer – A Silent Bird in Desert
Khaba Fort may fall below your expectation and you may curse me to hype this fort for visitors. These places were once throb of life, bustling when Silk Route was alive. We can not expect the disco here or some miraculous scenery. These are barren land and come prepared to listen the breath of desert, golden sand around all the paths, no human life around, cactus, bushes and only few trees scattered.
Kuldhara Deserted Village – Mini Pompeii Of India
Visit to Jaisalmer can not complete until we see Kuldhara and Khaba Fort in utskirts of Jaisalmer.
Kuldhara, 22 KM from is a abandoned 200 years ago. I think no where in India we can get this unique scene of hundreds of houses deserted. This was a rare experience to see and I think more I will not see except at this place.
