Bada and Chhota imambara are ine of the main attractions of Lucknow though there are about 60+ monuments in Lucknow which are listed by Archaelogical survey dept of India. Some of the monuments are now converted in offices and schools.

The tea here was brought by British and later encouraged by state government to generate employment. Not well known to me atleast yet it was pleasant to know Uttarakhand tea.To me it seems still the volume needs to be increased along with publicity.

This is absolutely greatest place I have seen so far. We can not compare this place with any monuments in AD era. I saw the pottery in purana Quila museum claimed to be 5000 years old but these paintings are unparalleled as claim to be 30K to 5K years old. Declared world heritage by UNESCO in 2003.
